The majority of rental income is generated from high quality national, multi-national or government tenants and rental income is secured through long term leases. This tenant quality and certainty of cash flows are key drivers of capital protection and delivering sustainable income to meet the requirements of investors.

The Crescent Property Equity Fund is a collective scheme in property and was created in terms of the Collective Investment Schemes Control Act. The Fund is managed in accordance with the investment guidelines of the Oasis Group Shari’ah Advisory Board, by Oasis Crescent Property Fund Managers Limited.
